Our Shipping Policy:

- All Products ordered from this website or any other website of American Office Solutions, Inc. or it subsidiaries will be processed within 24 hours of you submitting your final order.
- Delivery will be made as soon as possible either by our trucks, UPS, FedEx, DHL or various common carriers during normal business hours. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday 9am-5pm, except holidays or inclement weather.
- These dates can vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order. Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
- Most items ship directly from the manufacturers or our affiliate distributions centers throughout the USA. . In most instances, delivery personnel will deliver your order to your in their customary manner. UPS, FedEx, DHL will normally deliver inside your office or to your home entrance. Items that must be shipped by truck because of its size will be delivered to your warehouse loading dock or office/home for curb or front entrance. You must arrange for the merchandise to be unloaded from the truck. This only apply if the merchandise cannot be delivered by UPS, FedEx or DHL.
- Inside or Lift gate delivery may be arranged for an additional fee, but must be requested and quoted to you prior at the time of your sale.
Return, Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Any request to return merchandise must be made by requesting an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) via email to: Returns@americanofficesolutions.biz
- Only merchandise with a valid RGA # can be returned. Items must be returned in the original package and in saleable condition.
- Shipping cost to return merchandise must be paid for by the customer. (Except if the error is ours)
- Most merchandise is NOT RETURNABLE. If our manufacturer will take a product back, there will be a re-stocking charge of up to 25% of the current retail price.
- Request for returns must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
- Special or custom ordered merchandise MAY NOT BE RETURNED-NO EXECPTIONS!
- Cancellation of your order must be made within 1 hour and we will email you a cancellation #.
- Exchanges normally cannot be made and would be considered a “Return”
- Refund will be made in the same manor as payment was made.
